Abstract

|
Clinical panhypopituitarism may be brought about by a variety of pathalogical lesions such as an ischemic necrosis following postpartum homorrhage or abnormal delivery, tumor, granuloma, head injury, infection, spontaneous atrophy and fabrosis etc.
This paper represents a report of clinical observations and treatment concerning two cases of hypopititary coma (adrenal crisis) as observed and treated by our hospital and literature was :reviewed in reference to the findings noted.
